Crisp and sweet but not over powering. Fruity - it definitely grows on you.

I love the concept of a wild fermented wine. This one is from an 80 year old, ungrafted vineyard. Has bit of linseed oil and barnyard spunk in the nose, which I’m not used to finding in a white wine. Has a slightly oaky flavor, but not as much as what I don’t like about over-oaked chardonnays. Very yellow color. A little spritzy. Enjoyable. Very interesting. I far prefer this to most chardonnays.

We really loved this. Bright and lively, pairs exceptionally well with fish.

Tangy, tart, and fresh with bitter grapefruit. Wonderful.

Enjoyable Assyrtiko, and one of the best. Grapefruit flavors mixed with tropical fruit.

A definite wild yeast funk leads the nose but then softens out to peach and citrus notes with lots of soft stone on the finish.

Very salty. A bit closed and short right now
