This crunchy Bourgogne had more than enough mid pallet texture to be mistaken for village level stuff. It was excellent with the chanterelle & chicken pot pie that I made with the leftovers from yesterday!

Does nothing for me. Thin, no fruit, just acid. No structure, not pleasant. Zero complexity. Total dud.

Cherry red brick color. Berry aromas medium body with a clinging finish, elegant but complex.

Starter Bourgogne, simple but nicely balanced.

Very, very strong regional bottle. Good complexity, rich fruity nose and great variety on the palate. Definitely worth trying.
