Not a #malbec but a #cabernetsaugvinon. Pretty good. Not very dry.

We had this wine with braised beef shanks for dinner. The nose here is blackberry bush... A greeny nose. On the palate, this one was again about the black fruit, and I got a good flavor pop with a bite of nutmeged, braised endive. More sips evoke some raspberry... But again, that raw, green blackberry pervades. I wish I could come up with more green notes here... I think of the color that broccoli gets when you add salt to the steamer...
