On the nose there is black cherry, blackberry, herbal notes, black currant, baking spice, chocolate, pencil shavings, green bell pepper and dark earth.
On the palate is black cherry, blackberry, plum, black currant, violet, green bell pepper, mocha, black pepper, pencil shavings, and earth.
This is medium to full bodied with a smooth plush mouthfeel medium+ to high acidity and medium+ fine grippy tannins that seamlessly moves to a long red & black fruit pencil lead finish. Paired with a butchers select choice cut and a sexy, smart and holder of all my heart and soul beautiful woman. This wine is velvety and jammy on the front with low tannins on the back end. Blessed to be in the Chi with my love and embracing empty nesting.

Delicious Napa Cab! Enjoyable now, need to try again with some bottle age. Presents with plum, blackberry, blackberry, pencil lead, earth, expresso, and licorice Snaps.

May 6th, 2023Had this in New York for dinner one night for my mom's birthday and it was really nice. No headache, no heartburn. Not as smooth as I like them to finish but if it doesn't give me immediate acid in my throat, I'll take it 🤌🍷

Another solid vintage. 87% Cabernet Sauvignon. (Balance made up of small amounts of Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc). Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of dark cherry, plum and black currants with hints of tobacco, chocolate and black licorice. Juicy with very firm tannins. Big, rich and brooding. Good now, but would be better with food or some additional bottle age. Thank You Keith S!
