One of the highlights of a fantastic week back home. Thank you @Pascaline Lepeltier for the great write up on this. My Dad and I were so happy to discover such a lovely wine and producer!

A biodynamic producer and it shows. No frills just naked flavor. What is it that I love so much about Pinot meunière? It's not like a flavor of another fruit. Its the essence of fresh like a primordial saline. And you can taste so much depth like its from the bottom of an alpine lake. I just love thus kind of nervy champagne like nothing else.

Disgorged 11/2011. BD with 5g/L dosage cane sugar. 50/50 PM/PN. Baked apple, brown sugar, honey. Good length, excellent presence with less co2 than expected. Wonderful.
