Delicious and perfumey after just 15 minutes in the decanter. Sappy cherry, violets, forest floor, and beautiful slightly earthy minerality. Flavorful and clingy, it's more athletic than voluptuous. Bright and balanced.

Super juicy palate with nice freshness and a ton of fruit. Really complex out of the gates and just in a great place. Florent is such a talent.
