Nose has wet Flint, light white flowers and cold honey.
Palate has tangerine pith, under-ripe pineapple, steely notes on the medium finish.
Great wine, and great winemaker, we met him in May of 2018, very accommodating to have us for a late afternoon appointment at his cellar in Monthelie.

Always a killer bottle of Aligote. Stunning mouthfeel and texture which Garaudet is a master of. Nose is a bit anonymous right now but the palate is glorious. Very juicy and so textured. Energetic and dynamic. Long.
