Poulsard. Good wine, but have to admit that Houillon-Overnoy confounds me. The wine is always tasty, but has only been truly special once. Limited data set, for sure, and that one profoundly good bottle will keep me eagerly seeking another. :-) Thanks for sharing, PJ!
