Dec 16th, 2022great density and depth in a wine that has super citrus and pear w a touch of brioche that remains classy and in no danger of decline. Very vinous. Lifted by acidity. Mousse is calm and in the background. Quite good.

Nov 27th, 2020Light yellow color. Nose of brioche, hazelnut, lime zest. Very fine (yet plenty) mousse. very tight in the mouth. Excellent as aperitif.
Would like to try it again in a few years.
