Crios Torrontes

This classic unoaked Torrontés, made from grapes harvested very early, offers scents of lemon, fresh apricot, flowers and lichee and a salty, sappy, very dry palate impression that reminded me of Chablis. It should make a terrific aperitif but could also pair well with grilled fish or sushi. (Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2018)

Nice floral note on the nose, clean crisp taste with a slight sweet touch on the backend. A Christmas gift from my neighbor.

Light crisp and citrusy- like a savingion blanc without the grapefruit

Good value and great example of the varietal. Floral on the nose but more fruity and dry. Notes of lychee and heavy stone fruit. Pairs well with spicy food bc of high acidity.

Too rich for my liking. Needed a day to open up. Black pepper and a lot of salt, tropical fruits and wet grass.

Big acidic pop right off the hop. Tan, Alison and Val liked, Az did NOT. By the end of the glass, appeal had dampened for everyone.

Lots of personality! I was entertaining guests and couldn’t concentrate on the wine, but I really enjoyed this.

Lychee then dry straw, smokey floral tastes (hyacinth?)... but very clean and refreshing! ♥️ 💐

A great white. Tart and full-bodied.
