Yamhill Cuvée is named for the county where the Domaine Serene Estates are located. Aged for 14 mos in French oak (43% new), this blend has grapes from Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, & Yamhill-Carlton AVA's. Ruby, rich fruit aromas of red berries and floral spices, known as “little sister” of the Evenstad Reserve. The palate shows cherry and strawberry with cacso, oak & cola. The wine is well balanced, long finish, smooth tannins, residual fruit with mineral tones. Nice!

Great bottle with lots to write and think about. Primarily cherry and cola. Hints of vanilla and moist, fresh earth. Has a silky sexiness with a slight undertone of funk.

Medium ruby red with aromas of red berries, cola, and damp earth with hints of vanilla and herbs. Soft and fruity on the palate offering raspberry and a bit of spice. Medium bodied with good acidity and soft tannins. Aged in 43% new French oak. This entry level cuvée in the Domaine Serene lineup is a relative bargain at $45.

This is a big boy, for a Pinot. Rich cherry, plush fruit, silky and soft. Tastes more like Cali Pinot than Oregon.

Cherry cola quickly transitions into rhubarb, tea, and lavender flavors. A memorable finish. Interesting and well-structured. This is terrific. Drink now or put down a few. I practically stole this from Costco for $36. Stock up.
