This is what Chablis should be. Deep and inviting with aromas of lemon pith, cream, banana, brown spices, and a kiss of vanilla. On the palate the wine explodes with rich, round and creamy notes of lemon pith, cinamon, nutmeg, and hints of vanilla and banana. Incredibly well integrated acidity which is barely felt until the finish when it wipes the palate clean and dry. Sadly the bottle goes too fast and I never got to see it develop for more than an hour.

Wonderful, expressive and ripe with spicy pear flavors, round and inviting, showing traces of vanilla, mineral accents and an herbaceous twist on the mature finish. It may lack structure for the long haul, but this is lip smacking good right now.

Woolly. Rich and round with a touch of salinity. Lemon curd. Toasty. Soft mineral edge. A Chablis that packs a punch.

We had this on 10/19/16. Nice tastes of lemon zest, with a light texture and some minerality. Would buy more.

Holy cow. The nose betrays the first quaff. Luscious honeysuckle, hints of lemon mango (?), warm slate, and a nuance of grapefruit. The finish is rounded with with peach. Run- don't walk to buy this.
