Not a fan.

Tannic, but went well with chicken in tomatoes sauce.

This time was very disappointing with pesto pasta and chocolate dessert

It’s okay,

Nice Cru Beaujolais. Very organic and round. Mushroom, earth and slight cherry blossom aromas and flavors. Hint of cranberry and kirsh on the pallet. Just a touch of Brett. Extremely soft tannins. Medium bodied with High levels of acidity. Yet, still very delicate. Well crafted and very easy to drink. Revisited in March 2021. Much more cherry on the nose and pallet. Extremely smooth tannins. Improving. Revisited again in July 2021. Still outstanding! Revisited yet again in March 2023. Still singing!

This time more acidic and less fruity

Some fruit, soft tannins and very rounded.

Nice cru beaujolais, a little bretty

Very pleasant, with fruit and soft tannins

This wine has a high acidity that helped cut through fat and balance sweetness in food. The wine is light bodied with a fruity flavor that shows no complexity.
