This is so damn good. Nose is so saline. So mineral and so focused. Ultra clean. Fantastic palate. Chewy, dense and so nimble with terrific freshness and purity. And my god this is like a liquid salt lick. Also a bit of lemon drop on the mid palate and finish. Succulent and sumptuous. Really round and incisive. Just utterly delicious. Can’t wait to see what air does. Long, lingering finish that shows off the supernal balance. Now some brown sugar on the nose along with sea breeze and meyer lemon. This is so good. What texture now that it’s aired. So dense and sapid. Major structure. Insane concentration.
