Staggering quality here for simple village AC Chablis. Super dense, juicy and tartly mineral. The wine is packed but coiled tight. Terrific midpalate opulence and terrific lime rock candy flavors. A beauty. Needs age or at least 2 hours of air.

Oct 27th, 2016Wow. First wine from new batch. I wait the three weeks. Sick nose. Wet stones, so mineral, so complex, so bright, lemony, lime zest. Ahhh. This is the stuff.
Juicy, dense, concentrated. So sleek and mineral. Such purity and length for a basic Chablis. Amazing value.

Crisp and clean Chardonnay, great acidity, balanced, medium-long finish, very good for a non-Cru Chablis!!
