Good but with a funky Spanish olive aroma and saline along with the peachy fruit And spice. Was good with Thai food.

Balanced between mellow sweetness and a marrow-likes richness. Delicious with snow crab clusters.

Consumé, dried meat, peach confit, basically super complex nose. Dense weighty and richly textured. Perfect foil for a mixed veggie meal of momofuku Brussels sprouts, southern style smothered beet greens, and miso glazed, home-grown hakuri turnips.

Super Bowl with Super Friends.

Delicious, ripe, powerful, but less vivacious than I hoped.

Opulent white flower and bright white peach and tropical fruit doused with honey. Super fresh and very expressive green apple and peach, great length, plenty of promise.

2008 Huet Le Mont DemiSec. Showing a more advanced color than I anticipated. I didn't remember 2008 being a particularly hot vintage. Too sweet for sushi, but hey, it was the boss' birthday and we were raiding my cellar, how could I say no?

Every bottle I've opened of this wine has been consistently delicious.
