Lovely wine!

Aroma of fresh flowers. Green apple, honey, citrus pith, crushed chalk. Bright acidity. Second day rounder, baked apples. Will (try to) let this age much more in the future.

Awesome sauce perfect with salmon ginger green beans.

The Sec is one of my favorites!

From a half bottle. Only had a glass and was good but I can imagine that with more time with the bottle it would reveal even more. Textbook Loire Chenin.
