Le Haut-Lieu Moelleux Vouvray Chenin Blanc

Rich and full bodied, though a touch sweeter than expected. Paired beautifully with grilled sweetbreads, white asparagus, morels and pea purée.

Lots of fruit with nice acid cutting the sugar.

This was great with our charcuterie!!! A bit of honey, stone fruit, and minerality. Slightly sweet with a great body and finish.
