Waxey, almonds, mineral, honeycomb, wet wool, elegant and haunting aromas. Smells like if Chenin was a breakfast cereal. Super concentration, typical weird Chenin crap, pure, elegant and super mineral. Intense structure and i’m blinded by the minerality. Wow. Needs air. And maybe a few days open.

With 5 hours air this showed the tell tale signs of premature oxidation. Down from a 9.4 to an 8.5.
