Butteaux Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Perfect in many ways. Dried fig and apricots. Opening by the minute after an hour.

Light medium gold, heavy in the glass. Sweet perfume in the nose. Notes of ripe honeydew melon, river stones, apricot, some dry white earth and a little brown spice. Has a nice salinity element in the nose that carries to the finish. Fat and rich; the acidity builds with air time. Nice tonight but needs time to build more complexity

Might be the best bottle I've had out of the batch so far... lemons, rocks and nice weight. Slightly thin at the end is only.negative
