Clos du Cellier aux Moines Givry 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Vines planted by monks in heart of Givry. Deep Ruby with aromas of rich black fruits with complex sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of jammy black currants and blueberries, with oak and cinnamon spice. Firm yet smooth tannins, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with rich fruit, oak and spice. Wow! Drinks well now.

Young but still very approachable

Since my pallet doesn’t lean toward red burgundy’s when I find one that is awesome for me I have to rate it high. This is a good one. 100% Pinot noir
