Showing really well! Still a great value in Grand Cru Burgundy. 2014 is quite accessible now showing lovely whole cluster spice, violets, stony minerals and dark fruit with fine concentration and good persistence. Very good.

Juicy red fruits with whole bunch stemmy notes coming through along with smoky nuances. A lovely bouquet. Finishes with a touch of astringency. James Halliday raved about this Wine and gave it 98 points. I was probably a bit stingy in retrospect with 93 points.

Medium red. Highly complex, aromatic nose combines raspberry, underbrush, flowers and spices. Juicy, energetic and mineral-driven, if a bit youthfully imploded (and still affected by the bottling). Not a fat wine but with its flavors of red berries, mocha, earth and brown spices it's an essence of Morey-Saint-Denis. The acids and tannins are not at all aggressive, which should give this grand cru relatively early accessibility. (Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2017)

Tight acidity but fruits open with a bit of time. Great offering from quality maker

Because Thursday. Bit young but it's there.
