Another excellent chard in need of a little more bottle age. Ethereal and a touch tense. Nose was a touch muted, but the acidity on the palate was bright. Finished briny with moderate texture.

Always so dependable. Sumptuous layers or orchard fruit, lemon, flint and ginger with a powdered sugar finish. Bright acidity, mouth filling texture and a long finish.
