Oct 2nd, 2019I’m certain you could give this wine blind to both an expert and a neophyte and both would rave about it. What’s not to like? The fruit (lemon curd, some stone fruit, green melon, lemon candy) is lively and generous, acid is vibrant, alcohol is in check, and the texture is steely with a soft cloud cover of creaminess from the lees aging. There is plenty of complexity for those seeking it, but it’s undeniably and simply delicious. Absolutely beautiful young, and from what I’m reading from other reviewers, I need to buy some more to hold on to...
