Wonderful nose of spicey oak and intense minerality. Saline. Rock quarry vibes. Lemon pith lemon flesh with hints of sugar. So complex and appealing. Hint of butter and loads of salinity. Nose is just a wonderful perfume. 9.6 nose. Showing so well. Palate is juicy and tensile with a killer rich texture and ample freshness. Chewy and rocky with great finesse and some green apple fruit. Lacey, juicy and slippery. Amazing purity and balance here and almost finished with some dry tannins. Just awesome. Like a white burgundy liquid drop amuse bouche.

Golden yellow color, from a very poor stoney soil vineyard. Lemon and biscuits on the nose. It has very good balance between roundness and precision accompanied by sizzling acidity.
