Showing great. I love Pezerolles from BG. Sappy cherries, very mineral, very airy, very perfumed. Just a gorgeous nose. Palate is voluminous, sweet, mineral and has wonderful freshness and velvety tannins. Sneaky persistent fruit on the finish. Wonderful. No rush.

Phillipe's 11's are just starting to get going. Classic Pezerolles nose. Minerals, earth, appealing depth. Confectionary sugar. Complex berry fruit. Really aromatic. Stoney. Palate is ripe, juicy and focused with terrific acids and lovely fruit and mineral core. Echoes on the finish with firm tannins. Needs an hour or two. These are built to age but in a vintage like '11 this can be enjoyable after 5-6 years and a decant. this really gets going after 15 minutes. Rich, textured still big and tannic but awesome and fun to drink.
