Tobacco, ashtray, pyrazene, smoke, roasted bay leaf, red currant leaves, juicy minty red currants and raspberries. Minerality. High acid. Elevated lean tannins.

Dynamite nose. Fresh gravel, silky berry fruit, tar, tobacco, leather, game, mineral, floral. All very pungent and perfumed. Palate is just superb. Unreal freshness. Just crushes the 09 in freshness levels and makes it so much more complete. Balanced and super pure with terrific, power, depth and concentration. Exceptionally long finish and ripe, substantial and very high quality tannins.

No formal notes but really one of the best Grezeaux. Beautiful balance and freshness. Such purity. Velvety. Outrageous nose.
