Really lovely everyday drinker with strong bell pepper notes and substantial tannins. I’d have rated it higher if I hadn’t also had other of their Cab Francs that were better and show me what more than can do.

Fantastic, classic #chinon - savory, subtle crushed black/blue fruit compote nose, characteristic #cabernetfranc green pepper and violet notes. Gushing acidity on palate, touch of cocoa, velvety tannins. This may be one of the most verstatile food pairing wines but just as enjoyable as a night cap.
