On my second bottle of the 2014, paired with cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza - NYC style - and it was really delightful there. Very harmonious with the bold, salty flavors. I think it was less successful before with the charcuterie plate because there you had additional flavors like fennel and truffle and berry that competed with the wine rather than complemented it. — a month ago
