This is drinking wonderfully right now. Crushed berries and cherries on the nose. So pure. Such a fresh nose. Lovely minerality beneath the huge fruit. Some wet earth as well. Palate is crunchy, complex and wonderfully rustic with tangy sweet cherry fruit and a lovely mineral drive on the finish. In a great place right now.

This is a Pinot with a positive attitude. Nose has exuberant sappy cherry, but the mineral base isn’t the typical Burgundian wet earth, but instead is intense zingy limestone. More like a red Sancerre than a Bourgogne. Lively as all get-out in the mouth. Great acids. Who needs complexity? This is so fun.

Damn it, what a tasty wine. It's charmingly rustic and very comforting like an old friend. Perfect wine for pure enjoyment. Great acidity. Crunchy fruits. Excellent sense of place. Bought from @Lyle Fass.

Super rare red Chablis. No joke. Small amounts made mostly I guess so the winemakers have something to drink with meat. Nose is strawberry. Palate is rich strawberry but nicely balanced. Hint of balsamic. Just a hint. Juicy. Wow. What a treat. Not a profound wine but well made and very different. Just deLish. Gods bistro wine. Had it with blood sausage and apples and leeks in butter. Great meal. Bought from Fass selections.
