I usually like to wait 5yrs or so on burgs before opening them (just a personal preference), but after having a number of 17s lately, I’ve been very impressed. Likely in part due to the winemaker’s style but I’ve found them fruit forward and open for business. Though this had some density and weight I. The background, it only took 10mins I.
