15/20 (85/100) Другая бутылка, другие впечатления. Подозреваю, что всё дело в хранении. В аромате сильна нота редукции - горелая резина, есть тона спелых яблок и груш. Невысокая кислотность.

Nov 16th, 201916/20 (88/100) «Оранжевый» стиль. Аромат яблок, консервированных ананасов, лимонного мармелада и овощного рассола. Довольно тельное с ощутимыми танинами. Аккуратно сделано, во вкусе летучка не ощущается. Очень неплохо.

Celebrating Father’s Day with my first Clairette Blanche. Beautiful honey golden colour, hazy and unfiltered. Nose is caramelized honey & apples, slightly floral. Well balanced with just enough acidity to keep it interesting. The palate is a bit funky with flavours of quince, baked pineapple and blue cheese. Truly remarkable. Paired with bbq chicken thighs, grilled scallions and arugula salad with strawberries.
