I had this Rose with a cheese board that had figs, walnuts, Parmesan, Brie, apples and various cheeses I don’t have the mental capacity to remember. But what it felt like to drink this wine was akin to what I imagine the well to do man in Ancient Greece would pull out for special occasions for a happy and joyous celebration in the summer.
