Verdicchio di Matelica

Nice perfume as this opens. Citrus, yellow plum and fruit blossom. Clean, tart, austere and a little thin at first but gains volume as it open. I think this would be really great to cook with, and I mean that in a complimentary way.

More lively than the last bottle we opened. Mouth watering.

This is a tremendous wine. It is a great value: fresh, structured and taut.

Molto buono. Pensando il prezzo economico, sarebbe un’opzione megliore. Il gusto e’ il nosrro favarito. Mia moglie ha semto il spumante unpo, e’ organico forse anche non sono sicuro .....

Acceptable white wine for $18.50. Nothing offensive in this wine, but not memorable either. Some nice citrus wine, and a good cheap choice for a Summer picnic.

Light, crisp and fresh. Great palate cleanser.

A little more body than the other Verdeek, which is welcome. High acid but somewhat more balanced, some oak notes hitting which I’m not digging in such a light-bodied white.
