Really a delicious Beaujolais. I know this is too young, but with a couple more in storage I was excited to try one. Decanted 5 hours. So much pure fruit, both on the initial cork pop and after several hours. A perfect pairing with a roast chicken and some maitake mushrooms caramelized in the chicken fat. Definitely meaningful tannic structure, can certainly see how this would be a 9.4+ in a couple years.
