Perfectly mature white BDX last night. The color isn’t really captured in the photo but it was a beautiful apricot hue. Perfume of tropical and stone fruits which was reflected perfectly in the palate - apricot, peach, beeswax and a long finish. Maybe could’ve used a touch more acidity but otherwise a really lovely wine.
