Decent.

Last one to try of Costco wood box of 4 Bordeaux. Good value. Well balanced with sharper tannins and even some varietal complexity. 75/15/10 Merlot Malbec Cab. WE 90.

Paired well with Piedmontese ribeye

Last one of the Costco box. Probably our least favorite. Dry tannins all around without a lot of complexity. Was kind of boring compared to the other ones. Definitely better once I let it sit for awhile. Probably should have aerated this one but didn’t, mostly because I cooked with the first half. Made a killer beef burgundy though.

This was number 2 of 4 from Costco package. Pleasantly surprised. Agreebwith the fact it needs a little time to breath. Opened well. Nice mouth feel, dry and smooth. Dark cherry and raspberry.

Costco wood box, great value. Tight at first, best to decant and let it breathe. Dark cherry, ripe plum, currants, black pepper, violet, and cedar box. Fairly complex for this price point.

On the dryer side. Tasty😋

We also bought the wood box! They need to breathe. Strong dark cherry, raspberry, tannins. We all need to breathe and enjoy good times like the Haut Valerie. Touché. Merci beaucoup
