Light gold robe that does not tell the age of the wine. Nose of dried fruit and honey. Very long and rich mouth with great acidity and length. This is a stunning Sauternes, light on its feet with really lots of concentration. The “no oxygen regime” makes the wine very different, it gets better on the glass and even after a few days in the fridge its almost like you just popped the cork. Great wine !
