Pale lemon color with aromas of stone, tropical and citrus fruits with floral honey oak. On the palate flavors of pear, peach and grapefruit citrus, slight notes of botrytis with oak wrapped in balanced acidity. Long finish ending with a chalky zesty edge. Nice! Will age a bit! Good now!

100% Sauvignon. Star bright straw gold. Inviting nose of green apples and honeysuckle. Firm acidity leads the medium palate which yields green apple, citrus rind, and a touch of birch. Moderately lingering, slightly stony finish. Sauvignon done Bordeaux style with body and brightness that makes a perfect pair for seafood, roasted poultry, or Asian cuisine. Drink now through 2024.

Bright straw gold. Abundant nose of lime zest and lemongrass. Medium plus acidity leads the medium-bodied palate of citrus rind, leek, balsam, and bell pepper. Medium finish retains the brightness with a hint of green fig. 100% Sauvignon yields a brighter and tighter style of Bordeaux Blanc Sec that’s still got enough weight for classic fare like trout almandine or more contemporary options like lobster mac and cheese. I prefer that dollop of Semmillon, but this is well-made and potentially appealing to the New World SB crowd. Drink now through 2026.

Lovely 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Honeysuckle, white peach, gooseberry, hints of white grapefruit, and wet stone. Classy, complex, almost Sancerre-like but not your typical minerally Old World white.
