I'm rating this based on value not overall wine otherwise it would be like 8.5. It is full bodied and very jammy sharp integrated tannins and decent length finish good flavor a little sweet but I must say its worth a try!!! I will buy again! After a awful day at work it's great lol

Deep inky violet glass with purple rim. On the nose, licorice, blackberry, black plum, eucalyptus, smoke and vanilla. This Zinfandel/Syrah blend hits the palate with a full bodied smooth acidity of cocoa, black fruits, smoke, smoked meats, tobacco, and black pepper. Small tannins grip for a medium finish of bramble and smoke. Balance shifted toward nose with sufficient blended structure to accompany rich dishes/red meats. At $19.99 USD, this is a fairly valued easy drinker.

Much better than I anticipated. Smooth fruit forward. Very nice.

Wife's friend secreted this bottle into my house under the guise of friendship. I consider it an act of wine terrorism and have since placed this "friend" on a watchlist.

Deep and dense, Inky in color, with a dark purple rim.

Big fruity nose of black currants, sweet cherries, raisins, figs, oak, vanilla, light licorice, dust, earth, black pepper, coffee and chocolates.

Full bodied and jammy, with medium plus acidity and long long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, earth, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn and espresso.

Long finish with round tannins and bitter spices.

A very nice Bordeaux blend from California, with nice balance and mouthfeel. Juicy, smooth and rich. This is a teeth staining red wine.

Enjoyable to sip on, all by itself (a good porch wine). Not very complex, but not simple either, and has enough acidity to balance the sweet fruits.

Needs 30 minutes, to open up, and bring in some tannins and structure.
Although, very consistent from year to year, I liked this vintage better than the previous one.

This is a delight, for fruity red wine lovers.

14.2% alcohol by volume.

Very pleasantly surprised when I poured this and it was a nice dark purple. I expected a red. I think it will go nice with my lasagna. Full body, notes of plum and blackberry. Slightly tannic.

Sipping Fine Wine

25 years ago Conundrum white was introduced now Conundrum red is on the scene. Deep dark red with rich Berry aromas. On the palate cherry, plum and raspberry flavors mingle with cacao and toasty oak. The finish is medium with fine tannins ending with dried fruit nuances.
