Not sure how Raytek managed to combine beautiful California fruit and sunshine with laser like acidity, but he did it. Touches of stone fruit, green apples, plus a touch of honeydew. I think this could age for another decade easily.

I’m finally understanding the appeal for Ceritas. Great acidity, well balanced
