I haven't had a Cesanese in like... 15 years.

Inky. Dark fruit. Plenty of earthiness.

A great value and a wonderful food wine - medium body, fresh acidity, soft tannins and lots of red cherry, black cherry, violet, red plum and forest floor. Great wine for pasta with Ragu

Wow! This blend is amazing. It starts with big fruit notes - plum and blackberry. Then the tannins set in and you get a leathery finish.

Very rich almost sickening aroma. Fortunately the taste is lighter, Soft, round. stewed dark fruits, pipe tobacco, leather. smooth tannin-free finish
