100% Malavasia Bianco from the Aeolian Island of Salina which is volcanic like Etna and the Canary Islands. Fragrant/Aromatic. Very bright - medium bodied. Skin contact apparent. Mineral acidity. Enjoyable.

Ahhh...pure pleasure, here. Citrus, peach on the nose...great minerality, strawberries on the palate...medium finish, zinging acidity...immediate Mediterranean transporter from an island you’ve never heard of.
