Fruity, funky, and fun. Cherries, strawberries, mushrooms, miso, smoke, and mint. High acid, low tannin on this one.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again now. Out of all the hipster winemakers out there, Broc is by far the best and most interesting. This could have turned out to be a linear, acidic with classic pinot flavor, but instead we get this strange mix of umami tomato, cherry juice, and some wild acidity (even a touch volatile). This wine is so fun and weird. The food pairing possibilities are endless. #hipster #organic #gamay

Like bread and butter pickles on the nose. Soft and light on the palate.

The gamay is the first thing you notice, bright cherry aromas almost sweet in perception. That hits the palate with an energetic "Hi friend!" Then it gets a tad cerebral, with a solid backbone of acid and velvety tannins. Darker berry notes come through, and the finish is long. I savored every mouthful.

Drinking Broc on our first date since Jack's birth! A true celebration! Beautiful bouquet. Impressive structure for a Gamay. Love it @Chris Brockway !
