My white Burgundy obsession continues.

Showed well. Didn’t seem to have the next gear.

A whiff of premox... I don't know if these are for the long haul. A slightly oily acetone persistence. Time jn the glass is making it worse. Sad

I think this wine is drinking beautifully now but it has a touch of oxidation. It is drinking great now but I would drink this beauty well.
