This wine fa schifo. (Had to google the correct spelling of schifo). Honestly, I originally had high hopes for this, but it fell way short of expectations. I can't get over the aftertaste: the tannins are not friendly.

Not the greatest example of a super Tuscan, but that doesn't mean it's not good. Make sure you've got some food with it. Good little wine.

Not too much alcohol, smooth and easy. Brown sugar, good funk, ripe blueberries

Solid performing Tuscan for the price point. Will not make anyone forget about the high end Tuscany from the area but very drinkable everyday wine. 2011 vintage

Well balanced Tuscan blend. 60% Sangiovese, 20% Syrah, 20% Cab. Good tannins and alcohol showing black cherry, leather, light spice and oak. Still a bit tight but would benefit from a hour two in a decanter. Not convinced it warrants WE's 94 rating. The 2011 should have another 3-5 years.

Nice way to spend the evening preparing for the week (and New year) ahead. Well balanced, approachable and easy to drink. Dark berries, minimal acid and dryness make it a winner for me.

A good balance of fruit forward and dry finish. Good stand alone wine, but even better with a meal.

Very nice, typical Tuscan blend. Fruit-forward with a smooth, earthy finish.
