Right on Syrah with ripe fruit flavor and some oak to round out a very good wine. The wine was a gift 🎁 and we all enjoyed it. Huge aroma and long finish.🍷🍷🍷....

Going as domestic, big and red as I can tonight, ha! Huge wine, smooth, sweet, raspberries, vanilla, pepper, graphite, purple-drank, kind of soft though, not a lot of structure, not even noticeable acidity. But it's worked, caps up 2-0 after 1, ha! #rockthered #letsgocaps

Even after an hour in a decanter, the nose is still restrained with hints of rhubarb, graphite, and black truffle...smoke, cocoa, and white pepper on the equally as restrained palate...not powerful, but still delicious and compelling...
