Pale lemon color with aromas of stone & tropical fruit and crisp citrus notes. On the palate flavors of tart apple, peach and melon with mineral notes. Medium finish, good balance on a soft ending. Easy drinking, consistent quality, goes well with lots of foods, especially spicy dishes, like Gambas al Ajillo. Very nice value!
