Pale straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, aged on lees for about 11 months, has notes of a mineral tang with light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, citrus and floral, dry with slight nutty biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus mineral character.

Now this is how I like my #Cava! Nice & dry. Subtle lemon pith as opposed to the Champagne yeasty bread tones. Excellent alternative 2 Chapagne at 1/3 the price

One of my fav #Cava this one happens to be one of the few from Rioja. Faint hints of green apple, bread yeast and lemony candied ginger. Hmm? That's a first. Light bodied, light/medium acidity again with some yeasty notes and lemon rind. Nice and dry!
