Blanc De Noirs La Reserve Crémant de Bourgogne

Bread yeast, baked apple/pear and a bit of spice. Lots of toast on the palate, with great acidity. Yum.

Fell a little flat (not literally. Plenty of bubbles). But nice for the price.

Great for after a 13.1 mile run.

Complex enough for a sparkling wine

Great with grapefruit juice

Deze Chablis is lekker rond en vet, maar niet té. Niet te versmaden met steak van rauwe tonijn of een rucolasalade.

Pretty dry and not surprising but this works for me. I liked it.

A bit more serious, acidic and dry than the Brut Reserve; it needs pairing with food. Mainly citrus notes, even though a BdeN, but there are sour/almost bitter cooking cherry notes that get more and more interesting....
